’41 Pickup

The 1941 Willys Pickup is a compact, rugged truck that reflects the utilitarian spirit of pre-war America. Built by Willys-Overland, it featured simple mechanics, lightweight construction, and a straightforward design aimed at farmers, craftsmen, and small businesses. With its narrow body and upright grille, it already hinted at the functional philosophy that would later make Willys famous with the Jeep. It wasn’t refined, it wasn’t powerful—but it was practical, durable, and built to work. In this set, the car is presented with a raised chassis to accommodate the large wheels typical of the Super 4X4 models.
